 To reserve a weekend at the Crafters Inn, a non-refundable deposit of $240.00 is required to hold your date.  A minimum of three guests are needed to reserve the entire Inn for a weekend.  The maximum number of guests the Inn can accommodate is ten.

One person is responsible for booking the Inn by paying the $240.00 deposit.  Once the deposit is received, the weekend is taken off-line so that no other group can book it.  Please make sure your dates work before paying the deposit - as deposits are 
non-refundable unless The Crafting Cottage/Crafters Inn cancels a weekend for any reason.

Additional guests, if your group will be more than three, will need to pay their first night's deposit no later than
six-weeks prior to the reserved weekend. They can pay their first night's deposit by following this link:

The fees for 2020 are $80.00 per person per night (Monday - Thursday)  A Friday till Sunday stay is $160.00 per person plus sales and room tax.

***Please note:  All guests staying during a weekend are expected to stay for a minimum of two days.  For those guests that will only be able to stay for one night, they will still have to pay the minimum $160.00 plus taxes because they are staying during a weekend.***
All guests pay their final bills at check-out.  The final bills would also include any purchases made in the retail shop over the weekend.  A running tab is kept throughout the weekend for purchases from the retail shop and then settled at the end of each guests' stay.  Final payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Check in time is anytime from Noon onward on Friday.  Check out time is Noon on Sunday.

There are four guest rooms at the Inn.  One on the first floor with two twin beds and a private full bath. This room is reserved for those guests that cannot do stairs due to physical limitations or any other health-related reason.
Three guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor.  One guest room can accommodate up to three guests each (twin beds) and two guest rooms accommodates two twin beds each.  Two rooms share a full bath and the third room has a private full bath.  All linens, etc. are provided.
Please note - here is how rooms are assigned:
3 Guests: The Harmony Suite (3 twin-size guest beds)
4 Guests:  The Tranquility Suite and The Serenity Suite
5 Guests:  The Harmony Suite and either The Tranquility Suite or The Serenity Suite
6 Guests:  Two guests in each of the three guest rooms on the 2nd floor
7 Guests:  Three guests in the Harmony Suite and two guests in each of the other two guest rooms on the 2nd floor
8 - 10 guests:  Get divided up between all four of the guest rooms and a 10th bed is added to the Serenity Suite when needed

 Guests wishing for a PRIVATE Room - as long as there is availability - may reserve a room of her own
For an additional $25 per night (Monday - Thursday) or $50 for a weekend stay.

Additionally, guests have full use of the kitchen.  And the best part is each crafter has their own 6' table, cushy office chair with lumbar support, ample lighting and access to hundreds of crafters' tools including die-cutting machines, dies, paper punches, ink pads, thousands of rubber stamps, markers and so much more all located in the "Tool Room".

Additionally, the retail shop was moved back into the main Cottage and guests will have access to the shop during their stay.  There are basic supplies such as adhesive to Bo-Bunny Double Dot papers in every color to beautiful collections from KaiserCraft,
Graphic 45, Dare2BArtzy, stunning kits, dies, clear stamp sets and more!
